We’re excited to be growing our team at B3 – Bumps, Birth and Belonging CIC (Essex-based).

 

This hybrid, part-time role is perfect for someone with a strong commitment to reducing perinatal inequalities and experience in outreach, peer support, or community organising. We are looking for someone who is down to earth, a self starter and is confident with speaking to new people no matter who they are.

 

In return you will receive tailored training, lots of support from our small yet growing team and a chance to make real changes in the lives of new mothers and families.

💼 £18 per hour | 15 hours a week

For a independent Contractor 

📍 Hybrid - involves bi-weekly physical outreach in Thurrock/Essex

🎯 Represent B3 at events and meetings

🗣 Amplify the voices of Black and mixed-heritage families
