If you're pregnant or have a baby under 24 months we can support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs with hands on, practical information.
Come as you are with your babies or by yourself and lets break bread, laugh, connect and vibe.

Our goal is to make sure that everyone feels like they belong, and to provide a non-judgemental environment where everyone can feel at ease. B3 – Bumps, Birth & Belonging is Growing! Now in Clacton, Basildon & Thurrock
We’re so excited to share that B3 – Bumps, Birth and Belonging CIC is expanding — and we’re now coming to Clacton this June!
Already a much-loved part of the Thurrock Family Hubs, B3 has been running weekly sessions on alternate Thursday's in Purfleet, Stifford, Aveley and Tilbury and every third Wednesday of the month in Ockendon - creating a safe and joyful space for Afro-Caribbean and mixed-heritage mums to come together, share experiences, and feel supported.
We’re now thrilled to announce that through our collaboration with Parents 1st and Live music now our work is growing through the Lullaby project — with new B3 groups now open in Basildon on the 2nd Thursday of the month and launching in Clacton on June 19th. B3 – Bumps, Birth & Belonging is a community-rooted organisation that supports Afro-Caribbean and mixed-heritage women and birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and the early years of parenting.
Our groups are more than just a meet-up — they’re about belonging, sisterhood, and cultural celebration. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postnatal, or parenting a little one under 2, we’re here for you.
At B3, you can:
