At B3-Bumps Birth and Belonging, we provide a safe space for Black parents in the perinatal period to openly talk about how they feel. We understand that taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. That’s why we provide a peer support group with no pressure and no judgement - come as you are. Join us and get real about how you feel while expanding your mum network
