Antenatal education - Pilot Sessions
All things pregnancy, Birth and early postnatal through a African/ Caribbean lens - led by a Black international Midwife.

We are piloting our first antenatal education sessions from January 2024 which will be held virtually for mums/parents that are over 20 weeks pregnant.
This cohort will begin on -
Thursday 25th January 6.30pm - 8pm (GMT) then on a Thursday, at the same time, for 3 weeks - ending 8th February 2024. Please bare in mind that we will be talking about navigating the maternity system in the United Kingdom.

What to expect in those early postnatal days – emotionally and physically

Preparing for the forth trimester

How to look after your newborn (changing nappies, bathing etc)

Newborn behaviour
