If you're pregnant or have a baby under 24 months we can support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs with hands on, practical information.

Getting real about how you feel
A safe and comfortable space for parents and families to find support. Our goal is to make sure that everyone feels like they belong, and to provide a non-judgemental environment where everyone can feel at ease. We offer quality, informative and friendly support that is tailored to the black experience. Come join us today and let us stand by you just when you need it most

Professional Counselling
We are delighted to offer a free professional counselling service for a select number of people who come through our organisation. Referral's are currently on hold but when they resume, You can refer yourself or a healthcare professional can make a referral for you using our online form.
