Join our online wellbeing group "Getting real about how you feel," specifically designed for mothers of Afro-Caribbean heritage. Led by individuals with lived experience of difficult mental and emotional health, as well as black well-being professionals, this group provides a safe space with no pressure or judgment. Take the opportunity to set your armour aside and 'B3' with how you're feeling alongside others who understand and can support you. We have a maximum of 10 participants.
